Refund policy

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns and Exchanges

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can exchange that item within 30 days from the original customer shipment date.  To be eligible for exchanges your merchandise must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material.  Customer pays all return shipping charges.  Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original form of payment.

Incorrect Item:  If you received an incorrect item, no extra charges will be incurred.  We will replace incorrect item(s) and pay the additional shipping charge.

 Incorrect Size:  We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size.  Some sizes may incur additional charges.  Customer pays all shipping charges.  A restocking fee will not apply to transactions of size exchanges. 

Return Shipping Instructions:  Enclose a copy of your invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions and pertinent customer information.  Send exchanges and returns to dealership.   

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged as require by law. 

Payment Methods

Orders accepted via secure online order form only.  All purchases will be charged to a valid PayPal Account.

backorder Items

If an item from your order becomes temporarily unavailable, we will notify you via email.  For shipments delayed more than 30 days from the order date a cancellation option will be available.  Delayed orders will be filled based upon the date they were received.
